*We do require the Dj to be done playing by 11pm, the bar closes at 11pm and everyone is to be done and out by Midnight. Additional charges do apply if not out by Midnight. Sundays are DJ and bar are done at 8pm and everyone does have to be out by 9pm.
*Indoor or Outdoor Wedding Ceremonies do include 1 hour on Thursdays for rehearsal if Friday is booked for another event.
*Friday is available for rent for $500 for 6 hours if the venue is not booked 30 days before your event. Extra Rental time is $150 per hour for each additional hour rented past the 1 hour rehearsal allotment
*Outside Catering Fee $1000 – does have to get pre approval from venue owner.
